I have called to inquire on my motor insurance renewal. i got the most irresponsible answer from the person who called. she been talking somewhere else and have no courtesy to say hold on. at end never ask what i wanted to ask n took my number to contact back but didnt contact back at well..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service for the life insurance part. They have put up a notice that customers need to make appointment before visiting the branch. When calling the number given on the notice, no one picks up the call. It seems this center does not like to serve life insurance customer at all.
