★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All these while both 5ghz and 2.4ghz line are working fine until few months back from today, 5ghz having packet loss. Then 2 weeks back from today, 2.4ghz is having the same issue too. Called the hotline for solution and technician for weeks, the issue still not fixed. Most epic is they found the root cause and they said it is beyond their control, cannot be helped. Such a "responsible" ISP. My advice to others is dont get this service even though its cheap. There is no point if it is cheap but cannot use

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a gamer do not use this ISP. You'll get very high pings when playing local servers or acting as a host for peer to peer connections (but will get good pings if you're playing on games with dedicated servers.)
Friends who use TM and live within 2 KM of me will get 200 ping on the games servers I host and when I connect to them, all my friends will have 20-30 ping whereas I will have 150-200 as if I was playing with them from Australia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst internet i ever used. Subscription 50 mbps , but when start speed test only got 1 mbps . Ask customer service , they just ask me wait until the internet up. No solution provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i had to move my house to another place because i don't want to use Allo anymore.
The internet is really going crazy expecially at night.
If you are a gamer, do not ever use Allo.
As other review stated, if you host a game....you and everyone else will have high ping (means that you lag like crazy) . Also if you are playing online coop within the same house, you got terrible connection and disconnect a lottttttt too....EVEN IN THE SAME HOUSE!!
i am done with allo, ded! DONE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is terrible, too many excuse for delaying installation. Even after 1 problem solve, always have another excuse. When ask for reason always use excuse "Orang atas" not permitted to install because of some problem. Ask them to update status, got ghosted few times. Ask them to terminated my registration also resulting with no response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't use this if you're a gamer. So many issues with trying to connect with friends who use Maxis/Unifi and are less than 10 Km away from me. If I host a game, they will all have 200 ping. If they host a game, I'll have 200ping but everyone else will have 10-20 ping.
Recently, a new issue came up with dedicated CSGO servers that are based in Singapore and me trying to connect to SG gives me 220 ping and it's rerouting me to Australian servers instead and I get 110ping there??
Tried calling Allo tech and no help whatsoever. Just a bunch of random excuses and pretty much told me there's nothing they can do.
I'm switching back to unifi.
