★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a BOB Bundle package from Mynic Bhd. Lousy package, encounter problem uploading php file to public_html and e-mail forwarding function not working. Contact Mynic customercare, after 3 days, still pending as no solution from their technical department. These two functions is a common item for webhosting but yet they cannot solve. Only remarks is lousy service, bad image for a listed company. Will never renew my webhosting package with them after expired.
After long waiting, assistant from Encik Khairul. He is very helpful. He able solve my problems. Have to reconsider staying with Mynic webhosting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ useless. slow, the domain nameserver management is absolute garbage. you need to provide them your IP address as well. I really don't understand whats the point of name servers if they need your IP address to point the domain to your server.

It embraces innovation & creativity like no other, you just have to visit the office to experience the welcoming silicon-valley styled office setup. You'll see small discussions literally everywhere, a living sign of collaborative environment they've embedded in their work culture. Even the guest registration is simple but unique. Just one comment, I wish the parking space is more customers' friendlier :)
