Special thanks to Mr. Nicholas of Bukit Raja branch who was so helpful in advising me all about aluminium cabinet, preparing the quotation and designing the kitchen cabinet for me. The cabinet turn out very nice. Also would like to thank the guy who did the measurements and the team that installed the cabinet. Overall the entire team did an excellent job. Appreciate all your efforts.

What I was amazed,the quality of aluminium kitchen is undoubtedly as what I saw and feel in real.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In house renovation or decoration, it is extremely important to engage with a company that knows exactly what they are doing and has a good internal system in place. For me, Alloy Kitchen has those ingredients as a good company. In my experience dealing with them, they are professional and know their area of aluminium cabinets well. The price is also fairly reasonable. The Sales Person (Ms. Emma) was prompt in responding to our messages and calls, albeit at evening or night time. Their installers are also professional and expert in their field. One negative point would be the lead time for their factory to manufacture those panels or parts that you have ordered, it can take up to one month more or less. Overall, I am a satisfied customer with Alloy Kitchen.

It was a great experience from the very beginning where Nicolas attended to all our queries and concerns patiently and was professional throughout our engagement with him. He was attentive and always prompt with his responses. He was also detailed in his explanation of the product that we were looking at. We were also fortunate to have the team that dismantled our old cabinets and latter assembled our new ones. All three of them were professionals, friendly and did a great job. I would highly recommend Alloy Kitchen for their professionalism and friendly service particularly Nicolas and the team that came to assemble the cabinets. A great customer experience indeed.
