Wish to drop off LEX parcel. Have try to call the number but no one answer, then go to the shop they just say no service for LEX parcel anymore.
Pls take out the "Lazada parcel" out of your name so other people won't go for the drop off. Thanks

Your service very bad?? and your runner very rude talk to customer. Im paid for your service but this is how you treat your customer?Parcel status out for delivery since friday there’s no update and monday did received. (Runner boleh pulak nak ajuk customer said “lepastu” then runner said “three” sambil gelak2 dekat belakang)
totally insane guys ?I didn’t find any funny at this point.Here im attached together his phone number very rude!! If you taknak serve customer dengan baik jangan kerja in customer service,there’s no one ask you??
