★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible fan product. Purchased 4 COSA fans. However the longer I used, the fan become less sensitive. If i operated at 1 to 3 speeds, the fan not even able to "MOVE" at all. Need to operate at speed 4. But the longer it is, the speed become slower and slower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst Customer Service ever. Nobody will attend to you. They read messages after 2 weeks! Made payment for parts to be delivered, and after 1 week, nobody even reply to your Whatsapps. When called the hotline, the voice msg will ask you to Whatsapps. I m totally flabergasted by this kind of service standards, especially from the Alpha HQ itself!!! I m considering my next buy of Non Alpha products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to give review here to help others my alpha M5ep water heater was blinking, mine is out of warranty already, was hesitant to call service center but had no choice. Glad I did, everything was handled smoothly, technician came replace faulty board, reasonable service charge and price for parts since out of warranty. The appointment time depend on technician availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My alpha koko ceiling fan has issue. Multiple time failed to operate. Trying to contact service centre but no answer or everyone too busy. Now i became suspicious after multiple attempt failed successfully. I assume they purposely lift the phone so that incoming call failed. I saw someone did that in my previous workplace. I have to resist the heat until these service center realize they need to do their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is actually on paper only, and nobody will ever pick your call or reply to your messages. Do you want to try to leave a message in the vocal box? Ha ha, it's full so it's impossible!
If you super lucky and in some way you can manage to get an appointment, well nobody will come. Even if you fixed a date and time.
Never ever buy alpha fans if you don't want to be left alone when you have some issues.
