Irresponsible even case escalated to their director. It’s got to be my worst buying experience should Malaysia’s protect and practice consumer right as much as UK or Europe I think they will be in serious trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HLK was ok, they don't have many item on display but the staff are willing to help. I got item sent from other store as they don't have it there, the staff will call me to pick up the item and most importantly they didn't rush me to pick up and pay for the item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent selection with reasonable price. Do check few places so you know the price range of the product you wanted to buy. The customer service here is decent. I experienced talking with 3 separate staff on different occasions and i would say they are helpful.

Paid HLK kota kemuning for the goods in September 2021, till now 10th Jan 2022, was informed the goods is not available.
Two items in the same invoice, one has arrived but they don't allow me to take as they said must take all together. Cannot refund too!!
I called and checked with them many times, they delayed me three time. said the goods arrived in December, then delayed to Jan, just now I called they said delayed to February.
This is really unacceptable as service is very bad , they did not inform me about the delay, until I call them to check every time.???
