★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is super friendly. Because this was my first time have a pet, and the doctor was patient enough to answer all my questions. My cat had diarrhea, the doctor sent me a message the next day ask if my cat is better. And the prices are reasonable too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first experience going to a vet because we took in a stray cat and don't really know what to expect. Dr was very friendly and answered all our questions. She explained it wonderfully. The lady at the reception was also very very friendly. All in all the visit was very welcoming. I'm pretty sure the bar has been set high by this clinic and I'll expect other clinics to have this excellent service as well

It was a really bad experience…….
Two days ago, I found out my dog’s leg was injured and it kept bleeding. However, that day was a public holiday, so we decided to bring him to see a vet the next day. Unfortunately, the veterinary clinic we used to go to was closed. Therefore, we searched for another animal clinic nearby, and we found “Alphavet” on Google.
When we arrived there, we told the nurse about the situation and asked for a vet, but the nurse told us to make an appointment before coming, and said they were fully booked, but there was no pet in the clinic at that moment besides mine. Hence, we kept asking the nurse for help. My mother asked her for medicine or any quick treatment but the nurse insisted on “no appointment, no talk”. Then, I said it was quite urgent as my dog was bleeding, but the nurse did not change her mind. Suddenly, the woman sitting beside the nurse, who is the only doctor there, mentioned arrogantly that they were fully booked again, at the same time pointed at and showed us a paper recording their appointment of the day. However, there was no other pet at the moment. We just need help to let my dog’s leg stop bleeding. However, they refused to lend us a hand. The woman soon said we can go to a hospital if we were urgent, with an arrogant face, but there is no hospital in Sungai Buloh area.
We were mad because of their poor service and disrespectful attitude. Then, we left the clinic.
Such a bad clinic! Did not show compassion to animals and did not love animals, only arrogant attitude!
We mentioned that we were here first time, so we did not know that everyone needs to make an appointment before coming, but our case was very urgent and serious. They only think about their rules, but it should be changed when it comes to an urgent situation, because it is a life.... they are animal......
and your job is saving them....
If you love your pet, please do no go to this clinic to have any service...

The first time earlier this year, I was very impressed with how professional and warm the doctor and the nurse were as we've been to other animal clinic before but have never experienced a treatment like this where treatment feels worthy of the price paid..They were thorough with history taking, handled my fur babies with care despite treating 2 at the same time and overall made us feel at ease and safe to entrust our fur babies under their care. The second time we went, it was the same experience and I was even more pleased that my fur boi was behaving very well. I commend the doctor's and the nurse's professionalism, warmth and insight. Thank you for your genuine empathy and love for animals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i just sent my cats just now. the 1st impression is "wow these guys are good, my cats were treated like a VIP here" . highly experienced vet Dr Teh and her friendly receptionist staff were very helpful and kind to me and my cats. they even separate the rooms for cats and dogs. their technology was very up to the notch. i could see a clear view of the flea in my cats ear through their microscope. recommended for first timer, like myself, to send your pets here for checkup or even boarding. price is reasonable too. ample parking. would definitely come again. with my furkids. ?
