โ โ โ โ โ Such a rip-off, went to my normal vet but they mentioned there was a RM30 walk in fee, so I went to this clinic instead considering its always empty (it was empty the time I went as well), and turns out they charge RM30 walk in fee too without mentioning to me when they asked if I had appointment or not (I find this very manipulative as the first vet mentioned it and I had a choice). Price is absolutely EXPENSIVE oh my goddddddd (disclaimer: i cried after receiving the invoice)
My review is just based on my experience, and its really my honest opinion. I wouldnt go to this vet ever again. Thats all i can say.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff are really friendly and made me and my dog feel welcomed. My dog was calm throughout the whole process of surgery thanks to them. Will definitely come back if needed.

Brought my 2 Cats for their annual vaccination. As always comfortable and efficient visit at good rates.

โ โ โ โ โ Brought my Golden Retriever here for neutering and dental scaling. The vets and staff at this clinic truly are amazing!! They love each and every pet like it's their own. They go the extra mile to make you and your pet feel comfortable. I can't say enough about this clinic!!

โ โ โ โ โ BRP Animal Clinic & Surgery have been my one and only go to family vet clinic for my fur babies. I have been giving my full support to them since the day they first opened 10 years ago. Dr. Grace and Team all are very experienced and are very knowledgeable on giving the right medical treatments. The clinic is very clean and is fully equipped with x-ray and etc plus they have just expanded/separated the clinic to a Dog and Cat section (stress free experience for the dogs and cats while waiting for their turn).
Keep up the good work Dr. Grace and Team ???.
