★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying to get vitamin c for my mother on urgent basis and was assisted by Fateha from this outlet as all the other outlets in KL are sold out and it is only sold in Alpro. I feel that she went all out in trying her best to assist me and getting the items delivered to my mother in Kajang whereas she was in Melaka. It is a blessing having such a good customer service in trying their best to resolve a new customer's urgent matters in need of supplies. I am in KL by the way so this is definately needs a good shout out on the outstanding services provided by Alpro team in these difficult times due to MCO & Covid-19. My utmost thanks to Alpro Pharmacy Alor Gajah team and of course the staff Fateha. Good ?job. Tqtqtq so muchhhh

She helped me searching for what I’ve been looking for which is the k94 mask from neutrovis. my hands were full with my other items and she insisted to help me carrying my item to the counter. Great service.
