When I asked about my cake, the women staffs said “sabar sabar sabar... “
VERY RUDE.
Ugly writing on cake some more.
Disappointment level: 1000
Better go to Baker’s Cottage next door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not mention this promotion 'valid for dine-in daily' because when we ask for our free beverage,they said that this only valid during weekdays.
I ask them before,the menu for choices of a cake. They said that I must look at the display cake only. This is not our 1st cake with SR. We knew that not all cakes in the menu will be display.
So I just look around at the cashier and I found the menu. And one of their staff would say that,the menu is only for whole cake? Do you think I just afford to buy 1 slice only?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow despite not busy on non peak hours. Should have occupy extra one more staff to prepare the cake ordered over the counter.
Queuing was confusing, was told to sit and wait before order but the person behind me simply walk toward the counter and order the cake with no wait. SR seems losing its reputation these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff friendly and with courtesy. Food delicious. Variety of drinks. I have to step out for a short while while dine in. The staff covered my food while I was away. Thank you so much for your consideration... Definitely one of my favourite place to dine in Alor Gajah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything don't have, limited food can order. Mee curry, mee soup, assam laksa, tomyam don't have..... Lunch set 6 choices only 3 available, 1 of the 3, don't have egg and don't know what. Caesar Salad, dont have hard boiled egg.... Order one item this don't have that don't have, how to eat. I request the aglio olio don't want shrimp, but at last only spaghetti and capsicum. Mushroom?? I ask for cake to take away, Cause of wrong transaction, 3staffs standing in front the cashier machine but no staffs pack my cake. I paid d, if not i will cancelled. What a bad Service.
