โ โ โ โ โ DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!!! Her pricing is ridiculous and absurd that it doesnโt even match the workmanship! First of all, she is far from being as established as Za Altera. I thought due to her given situation (being an OKU), no differently should she be treated. Thus I decided to go and alter 1 pants. In the end, the work was poorly executed. She just gave me stupid figure (not detailed) of rm45 to take in and shorten 1 flare pants, and it took her 10 days for a stupid job. At least Za Altera will quote price properly for take in and shorten(It would be cheaper here at Za Altera adn probably done faster). So, I learnt my leason to be loyal to za altera and boycot this place.

โ โ โ โ โ Service is awfully bad. Ask properly and think wisely before going as her charges is very high Rm26 to cut 3 quarter pants. Rm25 to change pants zippers. Rm10 service charge even if I decided not to alter my clothing on that day.

โ โ โ โ โ Omgosh this Google rating is so true! Despite her being handicapped, even boasted about 18 yrs of experience, gosh the workmanship is really terrible. Not even an ounce of apology as if we owe it to her for her super expensive labor. Attitude is as bad as her workmanship. Foolish decision I ever made coming here.

Upon collection, I requested whether I could give it a try of my altered pants in the fitting room, and she refused and gave me the reason that it is what it is, and I will be wasting everyone time to try in the fitting room. Her attitude is totally uncalled for, and the workmanship is absolutely horrible. Please avoid if you wouldnโt like to be treated badly as a customer.

โ โ โ โ โ I wish I checked Google reviews before I took my 5 pairs of brand new pants to here. I paid total RM 120 for getting them shortened. Two of the pants were completely ruined that I had no choice but to throw them out. Extremely poor workmanship, she didn't even bother to cut the bottom of the pants straight. The left and the right side of the pants were different length and uneven. I ended up taking them to a different alteration to "undo" her work and paid extra $$$ to alter it again. Her alteration is absolutely shocking and I do not believe she should be ripping people off for her ridiculous work.

โ โ โ โ โ RM 27 to alter shorts, but really poor job done. Misalignment at the back from the darts created. Service is really bad as well and i generally have very low expectations. Highly do not recommend.
