โ โ โ โ โ I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Tommy Cha and he was very helpful by recommending not just suitable textiles but a suitable cuttings to maximize funtionality.
He was also extremely responsive and the work was completed very quickly.
Would recommend this place for first timers looking for bespoke clothing.

โ โ โ โ โ Kinslager is very popular to me and my friends because of the worksmanship and service. The thing that made Kinslager stand out is the service. They are always willing to help and make things easier for you. Marie in particular is very easy to talk to and her professionalism is second to none. The good thing about here is you can feel her passion in wanting to help her customers. The worksmanship is also superb. Ben the tailor, is really good in his work. My lawyer and corporate friends would always ask me where I got my customized shirts and suits, and after referring them to Kinslager, they ended up becoming regulars as well.
Please continue to make people happy and providing the best value for money service.

โ โ โ โ โ After moving to Malaysia I have always been looking for a tailor, however after trying it few times I was close to giving up.
Luckily I've met Tommy from Kinslager, apart from being extremely knowledgeable about fabrics and suits, as well as giving some great style advices and being extremely prompt, they provide something more, they provide amazing experience.
I've always looked at getting tailored-mate suit as an experience, experience made for gentelmen. Kinslager has certainly delivered on that front. I will come back to this place again as well as advise it to all my friends.

โ โ โ โ โ Very good service. Knows exactly what the customers want, even when the customers don't know how to describe it themselves. Made two suits there (for my wife and myself), but I'll be back for more. Got my eye on a sport jacket design that I had been wanting for a long time already. Unfortunately my previous tailor didn't know what was it exactly that I wanted, and delivered something else completely different instead. When I explained this to Marie, she got it immediately. Hence, my next commission with Kinslager will be my dream sport jacket. Thank you to Marie and Ben.

โ โ โ โ โ Great tailor shop, a hidden gem with a high quality selection and excellent and knowledgeable staff that professionally advises on the most suitable materials and takes care of every detail with ample attention. Requests and personal preferences are taken seriously and flawlessly implemented. Definitely a positive and friendly atmosphere with a lot of personal attention to get happy results, highly motivated and fashion passionate staff often goes out of their way to assure satisfaction if needed. Marie and Ben are fantastic, extremely accomodating and friendly. On top of that it is more price friendly than others that offer less. Bespoke suits easily compete with the best of local and British tailors.
Having frequented Kinslager many times and knowing the consistently high level of service and professionalism one gets here, I absolutely cannot understand how anyone would leave a negative comment, other than that they must have a terrible attitude themselves.
I regularly get compliments on the suits I had made in Kinslager and I have yet to find a better overall experience. I will keep coming back for more.

Coming from the UK I was unsure where to buy a good suit for a reasonable price and Marie especially helped me to find the highest quality suit available within my budget! I ended up spending two hours looking through fabrics and styles with Marie, she was amazing at helping me find styles that I didn't think about. I ended up buying a lot more that I was planning. When I got my clothes I was very satisfied with the outcome. The pants, shirts and vests all fit great, and the way I can match them is great. Thank you so much Marie for helping me get a new wardrobe that will definitely raise eyebrows when going out. I highly recommend Kinslager for your tailoring needs.
