Not gonna lie, this is one of the most comfortable chairs I have ever sat on, anyone can make the gesture comfortable, regardless of height or size, and it's built to last. I guess I can sleep on it without a bed too.

I had a good experienced with this brand. So I want to share with you guys, the chair is really really awesome! It worth every single cents that you have spent. I purchased DT-330 PRIME. The chair is great and amazing. I am ex user of Ikea Markus. This chair is way better than Ikea Markus. And the price is affordable! It took around 4 days to receive. It was quite fast and guess what? The chair was delivered in front of your door and had been assembled! So it save your time and energy! You just have to purchased, wait for the delivery, and boom just seat and enjoy it! The customer service also very good. They will update once the chair is shipped. And they still response to my Whatsapp even I text them outside the business hours! So guys what are you waiting for??? Still confused which chair you want to buy other than Ikea and don't want to break your piggy bank to spend on high end chair like Herman Miller and Steelcase?? ALTERSEAT is the answer. Trust me you will not regret!

Bought a Revo-101 with headrest last week. In terms of delivery, they are true to their 5-10 working days. Credits to the team. However upon receiving my delivery today, 16/9/2021 (Thursday), I was told by the delivery team upon their arrival at my premises that they do not do door-to-door and require an additional RM15 for that services (if not come down and collect yourself). Although the request came as a shock, I understand the request and added the payment, but not before asking the team if a client is not keen to pay the difference, what is the next step, the answer was they will just leave the chair at the stipulated location. To me then why bother asking for a precise address? The chair was installed before it will be sent to the unit which bothered my logic as well (it is expected that we need to wheel the chair up to our unit, leading to potential complains from the community/neighbours in taking space in the elevator - limited space and elevators). Lastly in terms of built, I would not recommend to buy Revo-101 model if the individual is taller than 5 feet 10 inches (>177.8cm), the back rest and head rest will be too low for your neck (max headrest height from the ground = 110cm). I am sad to say I am disappointed with my purchase. Lots of promise from this brand but the service and built is a letdown for taller individuals. I wish Alterseat would reach out and offer an exchange for a seat suitable for consumers which are taller. (>180cm). Thank you

This chair is definitely the best investment I made this year! I got the higher end one (around RM850) and my office is now by far the most comfortable place in my house to sit. The cushion is great and I love the adjustable reclining angles. The arm rests also cured my shoulder pain.

You must wondering why the 3 stars, even thought I have bought Alterseat CG 07 plus for rm1029.90 (inclusive of the RM10 delivery for door to door). You may notice these photos with markings and crack lines under the legs of the seat and I am thinking, why did I pay more than rm1k for a seat that has crack marks underneath, streak lines and the aluminium finishing is still sharp when I run my fingers through them. I contacted Alterseat and they told me these markings are normal and it happens to all the seats when they put the seat into the legs bracket. All alterseats have these marks. So, as a fellow purchaser, I felt the need to inform all future purchasers that this is part and parcel of all seats that you buy. I personally felt these should be posted on google reviews and let ppl know it is totally normal, to find these on your chair. Verdict: its a pretty good chair (if it isn't, it will be a 1 star or returned product), im sitting on now, but i personally felt paying 1k for it and still got problems like this isnt very good. Food for thought.

Tried and bought Alterseat CG Prime Gold last week. It's the best alterseat chair so far, a lot better than CG07 plus. I recommend this chair out of every chair there if you can budget it. Wew it's way better than I expected. The lumbar support is amazing, better than Steelcase one imo. Recline is good and lockable, headrest is easy to adjust, arm rest also nice, 4D like steelcase chairs. The seat is mesh. Staffs were friendly and lets you try the chairs as long as you want, and answers every question you ask. Oh and while their webstore and shopee only has white and black, they actually have red colour as well. Very nice. But they say red colour only available via walk in or tell them in whatsapp first.

Got the CG-07 as a present for my dad and after having tried it myself, I have to say it is absolutely comfortable and a great buy at its price point. For the unit I received however, it sadly isn't perfect as there are slight visual defects on the back (Already took note of it when they first unwrapped it for me to take a look at but as I really wanted to take the chair back with me that day to be on time for it to still be a surprise, it wasn't much of an issue since it couldn't be physically felt.) and a slightly not leveled headrest (I didn't pay much attention to such a thing when I first looked it over and had thought it could have occurred when I brought it back. After a more thorough inspection however, it turns out that wasn't the case.) but it is unnoticeable when sitting on the chair as it thankfully, doesn't affect seating comfort in any way. All in all, I am fairly satisfied with this purchase though their quality check needs to be improved upon. On a side note, the two personnel who were on duty were very friendly and I also gave the DT-330 a quick try while waiting for them to get the chair I purchased in advance ready. It is much more comfortable than you'd expect as based on the pictures of the chair alone, I was under the impression that it wouldn't be quite so comfortable but I was pleasantly proven wrong.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ showroom ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ product ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ pricing ⭐️ delivery Above is the breakdown of my experience with the entire brand. Showroom is awesome. Came with the intention to buy DT-330 chair since it seems a match with my budget. At the showroom, the assistant was really helpful & assisted with all my questions, explained the chair features properly so that I know the value I am getting, even allowed me to really try out each & every one of the chairs that they have in offering. At the end of the visit I am convinced with the stronger value proposition of CG-07 Plus, hence I bought it instead of the DT-330. To be frank I think the CG Prime Gold is the best they have with the mesh seats, lockable wheels and adjustable seats (which is terrific) but I still feel CG-07 Plus has the best value hence the reason of buying CG-07 Plus. Buying process is smooth and easy as well. Now here comes the not-so-good experience. See, when purchasing, I also bought the extra charges for door-to-door delivery (add on 10 ringgit). Then they promise within 1-2 weeks delivery, which I can understand due to CNY being close. But what I don't get is...a couple days later, delivery guy wanted to call me saying he's sending over my chair, but I didn't pick up immediately since I'm working. Not even five minutes later, he's off to another place. I'm not even informed about it earlier. No emails (checked my spam). No Whatsapp whatsoever to inform me IN ADVANCE. Fine. I engage the customer service Whatsapp for them to inform that they will send a notification in advance with Whatsapp. Cool. Then the next day, the same thing happened. SAME. THING. HAPPENED. Delivery guy called me saying he was sending my chair, but NO MESSAGES IN ADVANCE was received on my side. I was outside at the moment & because I hate to repeat the same process, I took the chance to ask the delivery to simply leave my BRAND NEW CHAIR at the lobby. Had to rush back to retrieve the chair, changing my plans for the day. Grateful that my chair is intact, but...still wonder what's the point of paying that extra charge for door-to-door delivery then. Please lah....improve your communication when doing the delivery. People paid the extra charges, you simply do like this. Definitely spoiling my experience with the brand.
