β β β β β Sam will listen to your requirements and provide his professional advise for the best outcome. I didn't have much budget and only go for simple reno (repaint, install track lighting & new fans and wall hacking to hide TV wires). He chose the best worth money for value products and I really like the end result! His team is really accommodating and helped me to build a picture frame wall exactly like how I wanted it to be. Overall dedicated and highly professional team. Just tell them your dream house ideas and he will realize it for you.

We only met him during handover. You will be surprised that thing went very smooth. He is very efficient and willing to listen to your need and budget. Of course very helpful too, he will continue to input useful handy gadget that you may overlook. We got product that beyond our expectation, we are very impressed with the overall makeover and quality of the carpenter work. He gave us a simplicity yet cozy and elegant space.
