★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was heading to KL from Singapore, and my car couldn’t start after we took a break at Ayer Keroh R&R. I found ALW workshop online, contacted them, and spoke to the boss Mr Jack. I was requesting for toll service and hoping his workshop could fix the car. Jack instead analyses the problem, and assisted me step-by-step to start the car - over the phone! He was patient, friendly and definitely very helpful. We reached KL feeling very grateful to Jack... highly recommended
