★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forced to send my car there after an accident as it was the only 'panel' workshop of the insurance company.
Estimation by insurer - 5 working days to complete.
In reality - took almost SEVEN weeks!
The standard reply that i always got was - no parts available....but a quick check online showed an abundance of choices from varied sources!
Workmanship : The worst!! Its as if they are not at all bothered about the quality of their work.
Only reason im not pushing really hard is because coincidentally, my car is old and was going to be replaced anyways..
Overall, if there was a negative rating available, i would give a MINUS 3 STAR RATING...
