★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went to buy some Panadol Actifast. The Pharmacy followed the MCO guidelines strictly. A guard stationed outside the entrance disinfect your hands and then take your temperature. Only then are you allowed to go in. Lines for social distancing were clearly marked on the floor. Good job.

If cannot be used, please do not put this phone number. Calling several time nobody is pick up. Try called Indahputra branch, same thing happen, nobody pick up. Don't know why this happen

My parents came to pharmacy to buy ural, I’m a pharmacist myself, i suggested my father to buy ural to take bd-tds for 1-2 days to relieve his slight UTI symptom and he will consult doctor tomorrow. But Kulai Ampm (Jalan Anggerik) refused to sell as the girl in white coat said my dad has hypertension and ural will increase his BP, and tried to switch him to your own high margin product Cranberry powder.
1. My dad BP is very well controlled, we do home monitoring daily, SBP kept at 110-120s, he’s very compliant to his BP meds
2. He’s just going to take Ural for 1-2 days, if symptom persists, he will consult doctor tomorrow as today is public holiday.
I know this is a common way to switch product in many retail pharmacy, but please do it in a more profession and ethical way! Ask more question before jumping into conclusion easily. Also provide more training to your staffs if they are lack of proper knowledge for self treatment of minor ailment! Now you all wasted my father time and delayed the self treatment, he went home without buying anything. Bad service!
