★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute horrified experience with Amal Valley ambulance. Poor communication skill from the staff in particular the driver attendant name N##ib, lack of respect and ill mannered staff. I rarely give poor rating to any party before, let alone a volunteer based Muslim organization. Please treat patient and family with dignity and respect, we never know what is their background, as we pay the service, higher than some ambulance company. Need improvement, send your staff for diplomacy and communication skill course perhaps. Nevertheless, En. Fizzal (the ambulance driver) and En. Zulhairi (who received the booking through phone) did excellent job, well done. Reluctantly, apologize for giving you low rating, but a lesson need to be learned. I strongly believe Amal Valley could do better than this.
