★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. Turned down our application for 'some correction' on my birth certificate (which I've been using for 37 years!) Asked me to go JPN to sort out. What rubbish these ppl are. I used the same birth certificate for uni application and all the while. Suddenly they found some correction.
Betul2 menyusahkan orang Yang Dalam kesedihan. Moga Allah membalas kalian dengan balasan setimpal.

We were unfamiliar with the processes and what were the best things to do. We were helped by a guy named Khairul. He was very helpful and answered our one hundred and one questions patiently and treated my parents kindly. What amazed me was we only realised after all the processes were completed that he is a security guard. We thought he was the officer. He really went beyond his scope of duty and did it excellently. Kudos!
