★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Budget hotel for a casual stay. Price are reasonable and parking are ample. Beds are soft (other might have different preference). However the only downside is the limited TV channels, poor noise insulation and my door got opened during the second day (without my consent) without any housekeeping service done. Luckily nothing lost as we're out during the mid day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is situated next to 3K complex, and with a restaurant downstairs. The price is reasonable, the amenities are nothing worth shouting about, but it suits the price.
Location wise it is good, have abundance of parking bays due to the 3K parking bays available next door. The hallway can be quite creepy at night, but everything seems to be okay when i was there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is clean and quite near to malls like Summit, Da Men, Empire and Subang Parade. There are no lifts so have to climb the stairs. The rooms are pretty clean. Minimal concept, very basic. TV channels are pathetically limited. It is neighbouring the sports complex. It also has its own event hall which can place 50-80 or 100 people even on following distancing SOP basis. And there is a cafe-Amara cafe but food isn't of my taste so I prefer traveling out to the malls or ordering food delivery. Also, the GPS doesn't show the right route to enter the hotel. It shows the back route. One needs to enter the sports complex gate to reach the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to stay overnight here recently due to a seminar. The room was ok but there were a few downsides though. The water pressure was extremely low, batteries for the remotes (air conditioner, tv) were out. Bathroom was moderately clean. Made do with it. For a discounted price I'm sure no one would be expecting the Ritz Carlton?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small cafe with outdoor dining tables. Breakfast usually with 2 types of main dishes, mix of fried bihun, fried rice, nasi lemak, fried mee. They provide lunch as well. Sandwich for teatime. Tea and coffee for breakfast and teatime. They have WIFI. Medium sized hall with good air conditioning suitable for training .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were poor standard. The room that I was given had its aircon unit in 3 pieces. It may have been taken apart for service or repair but someone forgot to finish the job. Bathroom and room had musky smell. Cigarette burn marks on the bed frame.
Didn't stay seeing the condition and moved to another nearby hotel.
