Reached and found that they are upgrading building with painting and blocked all nearby car parks without getting notice early. Be informed Have to park our car at the other/beside building which need to walk across their blocked area.
Told counter crew that we have big and heavy luggage as for 7nights but this 4"stars" hotel management doesn't show helpful on us some more with rude spoken attitude.
We decided to take a look up at our room but surprisingly found the corridor without lights and there's actually darker than picture shown during Daytime till we need to opened our phone's torchlight to find room's number!!! Unfortunately, we cant directly find our room number that we got from lobby counter.
At the end we decided to paid and cancelled the booking for Bayou Lagoon resort from Booking.com
Banned this hotel forever in lifetime!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time check in holiday Here. After PKP, many hotels and apartments have just opened. Understand many shortcomings. Check-in and check-out is fast. Breakfast food Ok .. not bad very not very good either. Room quality needs to be improved a bit .. old sofa .. small towels .. loose water pipes. Small lif .. crowded time to go up and down, have to wait quite a long time. Will be repeated again here.
