★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We checked in on 19 Nov 2021 for an overnight stay. We stayed at room B-7-2. This is our experience:
1. There are 2 aircond units. 1 was spoilt and the other one was not very cold.
2. TV was completely spoilt. No images at all on the screen.
3. Waterheater host at bathroom leaking resulting in small volume of water ejecting from nozzle when bathing.
4. Telephone in room completely spoilt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They really need to improve the cleanliness and some facilities. Time Out cafe was quite dirty, tables, chairs and floor. Even got cat poo, totally unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of parking area. Fun to go for kids. Facility need lots of improvement. Locker is one time usage only that cost RM5 using token meaning once locked you cannot unlock and lock again if you forgot to put everything inside. Locker condition quite bad with the new locker not available. Toilet and changing area ok. Pool ok. Slides ok very fun for kids and adults. Just overall area need to be upgraded. Looks quite beat up and dirty. Only light snacks and maggie cup available. The rides are fun but looks little bit old. No lifeguard so need to really monitor your kids. Overall,nice place to be with your kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verry dispointed With your staff handling ticket for water theme park. when customer stay in your aparment sposely inculde you package with theme park. you not allowed cstomer bring food or drink inside your them park, but inside there not have food to eat, just only left fries and cup meggie ? Spose cstomer stay in your deprtment the next day check out 12pm . cstomer my paid the ticket again.. ?? then your time open for theme park is too late spose 8.00 Am you already open

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give 5 stars because it exceed my expectation and my kid lovess it. Parking per entry is rm3. We purchased the ticket via klook (please bare in mind that there is surchage during weekend and public holiday) but still cheaper than walk in. The redemption process is easy. At the outside, there were few rides and small playground but seems old and not sure wether functioning or not. There are few spots that you can sit around. We choose to go to the spots with playgrounds ?? There are various heights of pool so it is safe for kid (got 1 spot that is very cetek, sesuai for baby) however some of the slides seems quite dangerous. Eventho the management has put no entry but kids still play at the place, hopefully the lifeguards/staffs play role seriously. U can rent pelampung for rm10 or just bring your own. Upon entry, got 1 photographer akan tgkap your picture with green background. Nanti nak balik, optional boleh purchase dkt counter for rm15. Ada cafe disediakan, u guys can topap your admission bracelet minimum rm20 and variation of food is available. Makanan berat and ringan pun ada, so dont worry kalau hungry. Changing room, toilets and locker rooms pun ada. Cleanliness average, tapi toilet boleh improve lagi got pam yg tak berfungsi. Dressing code tak strict as long as tak berzip bertali okay kot. Slides utk adult pun ada which is quite challenging. We enjoy it very much. Perasan ada macam outdoor theme park tapi kecik je, nampak org main roller coster but that one is different fee i guess.

The room - not bad, only problem with the toilet door and wifi. No wifi connection. But no problem as I still have my mobile line. Get the key at 2.30pm. Okla...
The breakfast - suitable with the price.. don't expect more..
Lagoon - kids love it very much. Just that we need to be Xtra careful as some of the equipment not well maintained.
Overall, I am a bit satisfied.
