Ambank officers and staff are professional.
Opening up new account was fast & easy. Got everything done including my online Ambank apps activated within an hour.
I closed my 20yrs+ RHB bank account due to bad experience with RHB Putrajaya and moved my banking to Ambank Putrajaya branch.
With RHB Bank Putrajaya, you are being asked to que in hot sun eventhough you have registered with their QMS and ends up not being served except by RHB bank Security Guards. The Guards in RHB bank Putrajaya now has been given the authority to manage the entries of their customers as what i have had to experience.
Now with Ambank account activated, no longer need to deal with the idiotic behaviour of RHB Putrajaya.
Keep up the good work Ambank Putrajaya team & well done to the Branch Manager for outstanding service to your new customer! Looking forward to more transactions with this Ambank Putrajaya branch.
