★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best CIMB Branch bank that i ever been, their service was super good.
Open on time, get my work (buying 2 bank-draft) done within 15minutes. Not to forget their friendly staffs deserves a thumbs-up??.
It’s Far more better than most of the CIMB banks branches in Kuala Lumpur.
But the problem is limited parking which is common in Putrajaya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going there three times to deposit a coin and they send me home three time. First day they told me its already full so come again tomorrow. It make sense because I went there after lunch break. So it was fine. I went back the next day and they told something that they forgot to tell me yesterday which is apparently the coin deposit machine only available 3 days a week (9am till 10am). So I have to wait for the day it will be operated which is a day after tomorrow. Come again today at 9.00am (the bank open at 9.30am).The told me the coin machine is already full. So yeah..don't deserve not even one star. Bad service..so anyone who wanna use a coin deposit machine, DON'T COME HERE as their coin machine is ALWAYS FULL. CIMB- Please get CIMB PUTRAJAYA off the COIN DEPOSIT MACHINE list. Time to upgrade your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be my favourite cimb branch.
Yesterday (19/8/2021, around 1345hours) walked in to use the cash deposit machine and change some cash into smaller notes, but the lady taking care of the front counter is not at all friendly and borderline rude to ALL customers (including a very old pakcik).
Hope the manager will see this and send her for a PR and anger management course.
Btw, It's ridiculous that we are only allowed to walk in from 10-1.30pm to change cash. Some people are working (having to run their business at those hours, and here these bank personnel sending off people whilst 3-4 of them standing at the entrance chit chatting).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inconvenient when I want to go there for coin deposit. Apply my work leave twice thought I manage to do it. Calling no answer, first day came the person there said can only deposit coin on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, first day failed attempts. Went there again on Monday for 2nd time also cannot because the machine is full and got advice advice to go there early morning at 9.30. Updated on my 3rd visit to this branch, I would say this branch is terrible big time ! Suddenly they said the machine cannot be used, you have wasted my time for the third time !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to do bank drafts. No parking around here, so had to park by the roadside. There would be a queue at the number counter before entering. There was only small space for the queue, so proper social distancing was hard to be maintained. Settled 2 bank drafts in 20minutes (excluding the time queueing to get the number). The service was quite good by a malay female staff, and the manager. Overall good experience this time. I had a very bad experience with a malay male staff previously who i found very rude. Good there he was not around this time.
