★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Indian women who mainly incharge of apply card are rude. I don't remember counter 7/8. Ask guest’s privacy treat like asking her family speaking loudly and though nobody in the area. After finished all the process don't even give a brief and say thank you. Until the guest feel confused and asking back to her and she just playing her phone and said "ya, that is". I think the company should take an serious action on every branch to make sure the BSA is good.
