★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Never inform people when their bank require people to change the savings account book to debit card and will charge annual fee. Today visited the bank to request cancel the unlimited cash withdrawal service ( charged at RM8 per annum ) the lady staff said cannot cancel, else the card couldn't be use. What a genius way to earn money huh! God Bless you, Cheater!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service from the officer there. I have dealed with Ms. Lau and Ms. Ng. Both also very helpful and helped me a lot. Ms. Ng always helps me to solve my doubt even after working hours as this is my first time taking loan for my first house even during. Everytime I whatsapp her, she will reply almost immediately. Grateful to have both of them assisting me all this while.
