★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service by the staff, no courtesy, not friendly, does not listen to the customer, no probing, and tries to force customers to do unnecessary process with the excuse the staff who handles my issues is not available. TRAIN YOUR STAFF!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say but bad service from one of the indian staff. I work as a customer service so i know that i am not allowed to scold my customers, just small matter for the mistake of incorrectly filling in the date after the signature.
