★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just come to collect card credit send from centre, they still inside chattering but not allowed to enter due to them bank is closed early due to covid 19. They need to do NOTHING and just give me the parcel. Oh wow, need to come again when office open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wonder the review of this bank is bad? waited 40 min outside just for them to tell the service is down. And they keep allowing people who made appointment to go in without queue. Those came early without appointment just need to stay outside. 40 min only 1 person can go in. 3 star because they suggest alternative place to go for Asb service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given the bad reviews, i was expecting the worse when i had to go there to replace my debit card. The whole experience was smooth, just less than 10 mimutes of wait. The staff attending was helpful and no rudeness noticed. Then again, maybe it was a good day for me, other than got a parking saman from majlis bandaraya .
