Disappointed.. went on sunday but was told its open for card replacement only. Pls state clearly on website to avoid confusion.

Bad customer service especially the counter x( Sheryl) Worst serve attitude ever..keep on disappointing the customer without provide any solution by saying: usually it will be failed.

Bad bad customer service recently . Chinese officer here is not polite , rude and nothing much can help you. And I No patient to answer you if you ask much. I already got account with them for so many years but they never helpful. So think twice if you want to open account at this branch.

Bad customer service and rude middle age lady behind the counter. As I am asking to re-registering a new saving account due to existing inactived saving account has closed. Instead of providing advice and assistance, the lady is giving an impression that I am not showing interest to maintain the account therefore aren't shall not given chance to re-opening an account in Ambank. As I insisted, she demanded payslips and EPF statement to provide a prove that I have a valid job and income record (even I have two active credit card and a mortgage loan with Ambank). Well, I don't quite get it why I am being asked to provide a prove of income to open an saving account to deposit my money into the Bank, as I am not asking for any credit or loan. A new process maybe? I would be appreciate it if the lady would take time to explain to me about the new rules instead of giving advice how I could re-open a new account instead of the bad attitude that chase me away from the application.

Service very cannot see , open chq can do wrongly and customer must own payment,OMG??? and do wait chq 3 hours ago
