★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there about 2 weeks ago to request for Online Banking. Officer called HQ to clarify my details. Till today, log in unsuccessful despite the help of several customer service staff. Was told to go back to the bank. Called first to check but no response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMbank urgently should notice this, open Account had problem with the system. Waited down at hot weather outside and went inside saying system down it's felt really bad for the Management. Help to understand on people time and services. No all time available to come and go Bank like this.
