Bad service attitude, lack of communication and indifferent.
I'm not expecting she will care customer feeling, at least please be patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to love their egg tarts, always fresh and aromatic, but recent quality dwindled alot, taste like chlorine, too sweet , no egg taste.
Recently moon cake quality not as good as last year's. Too much sugar and not good for old folks.
Latest update, 30/9/20, the china lady's poor and inpolite attitude shld be looked into..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered signature chocolate cake for my daughter's birthday which was told "it was a belgium chocolate". Well It's didn't taste like any belgium chocolate cake. I ordered 2kg cake but they put 1 inch thickness of icing just to get the cake more weight i guess. But i didn't request any icing beside the sugar printing on the top.. super overpriced for the moderate taste. So disappointed. Not gonna from here again. And terrible communication from the cashier.
