โ โ โ โ โ It has been so many years and this bank services is getting slower and slower. 1 single number can take u 1 hour! From 8 cashiers to 2 cashiers remaining.. something is wrong with this branch! So slow!

you nak suruh cust come to your bank line up ke waktu2 covid ni.want to share virus ke?
please la guys,try to take example from other bank customer service like maybank,their very good cust service everyone have experience.improve please,now 2021 already plus you guys in bank sector

On door clear reading timing 9am.But a notice with unreadable Covid details says 10am.Guys is this a joke.
All Malaysians are back to work.Give us a chance .Have your SOP in place.Get back to earlier timings.People are waiting outside,we need go to work .

โ โ โ โ โ Covid-19 entrance SOP was strictly administered. Good job to the admin & security officer.
However, my main concern is customer service. I wanted to close my account and was asked why I didnโt go to another branch (Section 13 if Iโm not mistaken) although I can close my account at any branch. I happened to send my family for vaccination at IDCC and Google Maps led me to this branch as itโs the nearest.
As if the question wasnโt enough, the employees talked to each other (of which I can hear them clearly) about the other branch being not as busy as them and they pointed out that the other branch should be closed.
Thank you for the unnecessary information but am I being chased out?
I was the only one there at that time though.
On my first time there, I was also directed to go to another branch (to open my account) but it was crowded that day so I went to the other branch willingly.
Perhaps you can remove your branch from Google Maps or something if you donโt want customers coming in.
