But I was quite disappointed when my print job had errors and I still got charged for it (had duplicates despite only printing one copy, and half of them came out incomplete). It's not a huge amount of money so I didn't want to make a fuss. If I have to print large batches of stuff next time, I will actually go to the TTDI Jaya branch as they have never failed me before ?
