★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dispensary took almost 25 minute just to give 1 item medicine , from meet the doctor to taking the blood sample was fast but i dont know why waste time taking the medicine, i have to ask twice where is my medicine and the staff without apologize saying need to check first despite you have a lot staff at the dispensary SERVICE TOO SLOW, I can see only one staff struggle to find the medicine even there tons of staff there ,no teamwork! but the doctor is very good. Please improve the service on the dispensary counter. THANK YOU

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I share my experience here for today first visit.
I come far from Kuala Lumpur to this clinic for vaccine booster. After done vaccine, NOBODY guide me, then I go back. After a few hours, when I reach KL home, the clinic call me and say I didn’t collect my booster card.
Due to their poor customer service, I have to go back from KL to the clinic for collect the booster card. It is exactly super bad customer service. And, nobody apologise. When I collect, the front desk guy still even laughing.
Can you image how angry am I ?
1. When I am there, only a few customer.
NOBODY guide and serve me.
My booster card is not collect is all of the staff fault.
2. When after a few hour reach home, there only call me and say I didn’t collect my booster card.
There is not much vaccine customer in that time, so are they really in working, only figure out after I back in Kuala Lumpur?
3. When I go there collect, they don’t even apologise ON THEIR FAULT and still laughing!
All the comment I saw here also very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Doctors service is the best. MA's, Nurses and other assistants also tiptop. There was one time when we were waiting, one of the MA's saw my daughter had trouble breathing due to asthma and he straight away took us in the treatment room and inform the doctor. It was the most empathic gesture from Klinik Menara staff we have ever experienced.
But those who pick up the calls always disappointing. Even when staff suppose to call us back to confirm on appointments, they either didn't call at all or took days to call.
Room for improvement in Customer Service. After all that is what makes private clinic different from the government clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re here to do a PCR test and are symptomatic, I suggest that you go somewhere else due to the incredibly long wait for results from their labs. I understand cases are very high now which can justify the high demand of tests and time taken, but waiting 42 hours and not getting any clear updates (after calling the desk) nor the results is unacceptable. Not for the price .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid PCR Test done on Monday but yet to receive results. Friends that did at other clinics at same time with even cheaper price already got it yesterday. Called the clinic just ask to wait. Best to avoid as their service very slow.
Update :
The doctor called to inform test results but its been 2 hours and the report is yet to be sent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I had my booster shot at this clinic. The staffs were friendly, polite and helpful which made my visit very pleasant. They were kind enough to accept my son's request for a change of venue from the MySejahtera allocated venue for booster shot. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very good experience here for my Pfizer Booster. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient from arranging my appointment to completion of the booster.
Signed up for a walk in appointment. Put on their waitlist. The next morning got a call for appointment.
Once got there, pick up my vaccine consent form, complete it and went for my booster. Collected my booster card and went home. All within 10 mins.
Within an hour, the booster vacination full detail updated in mySejahtera and shown in the downloaded vacination certificate.
