★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast meehoon with egg and tea price RM7.10 too expensive unless it's so nice with more ingredients. The mee is ready cooked already cool the tea so lousy but serve like india
chennai style. Take so much of time to take order. Already finished eat than only the lousy tea come. This is my 3rd time not one time I feel good. Disappointed hopping they will improve but not that's why I'm commenting
now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Built a nice and cozy atmosphere for a restaurant will not ensure that you will get a good food with reasonable price. This place in an exact example of it. Food doesn't taste good (u only know if you have really tasted good indian cuisine b4- try their dhall/sambaar alone u will know) add on with the high price just because its in a elite and centric of town. Too expensive. To make things worse: you are considered as space consuming customer if you just there to have a drink and light snack.1- this is my own personal experience. (You are not valued unless you gonna spend bulky money for food here).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average taste and very expensive. I've been trying a lot of indian restaurant in KL and PJ and the price in seems more reasonable and tastier. Here, half rice with chicken and 1 vege cost RM9. Another friend having rice, a thin slice of fried fish and 2 vege cost RM19. Wont come again and will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had meals a few times here over a few different occasions. The quality of the food has been good, and consistently good on every occasion. The service is also good, with very attentive staff who know the menu well and are able to make excellent recommendations. Breakfast was very good. Had roti canai, ghee thosai, with Bru coffee. Tasty, with very reasonable prices. The restaurant is also super clean. I would highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thali set meals was good. Tried chicken briyahni as well . Taste good. Juicy chicken. Water smells chlorine. Plain rice bit expensive then normal price. Ice lemon tea price also expensive. Need to revise the price according to kluang market.

Be flexible when possible.
Be prompt and attentive.
Know the restaurant's products.
Check on your customers often.
Be proactive.
Handle challenges immediately.
Make the experience personal.
Hope it helps abit here and there for who you are with lack of this knowledges. Too bossy and does not make any effort to make any changes even though there are some bad reviews. Came here all the way from far and this is what we got. Really dissapointed.
