★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the most popular Malaysian breakfast, lunch and supper - roti canai.
It is floor with butter then using hand to pull/spread into big piece then folded into a square biscuit, then fried or heating it on a hot plate. It is eat together with the sauce - curry of chicken, fish or just beans.
This biscuit is crispy and chewvy in the mouth.
Value for money meal.
