★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommend..seriously i do booking since 2020 because of lockdown on this year i call for follow up back my booking the staff said my receipt booking gone..after i pick other clothes i think should be okay right i deal to put some manik something like that on my chat she said to me not have charge but when i want to pickup she said the amount..the amount that i paid is not worth for the manik design..please talk to the customer clearly..

Immatured reply from the staffs. Missing kain. Promised to search and update but to no avail. Can't trust anyone from this boutique. You're sending your dress at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst bridal dress fitting experience ever.
-took a really long time to get back to me and didn't reply to me at all when contacted through whatsapp or mobile.
-ask us to go for wedding dress fitting only to make us waiting for 3+ hours like a fool with their bad service staff.
-wrongly altered the dress not according to the request (altered to smaller size than discussed TT, cannot even fit the dress and had to wait them to alter it again for 3 times on the same day)
-payment amount need to be paid at the counter more expensive than stated on the receipt of the book order (their staff misplaced the receipt after they took the receipt from us TT)
-giving us not friendly treatment just because we make them altered the dress again and complain about the wrong payment value (they didn't even smile at all)
-last but not least, the dress kind of dirty (i bet they washed them well :(... )
- i hope they improve their service and customer treatment. thankyou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very not recommended.. Imagine u're told to pick up 1 week before the event and turn out someone else had taken over your bookings clothes..not organized working system at all. I expected that once booked, they will put something on the clothes saying its already booked but no. Took 3 hours to search and negotiate, 3 hours more for remeasured, realtered everything.. But when it comes to charge, 1 day =rm50.. Late pick up (so other customer can survey) but early return(so other customer can book). This scenario shows they only care about money but not customer assurance. Negative star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do have many choices and colors, but the customer service is so bad. If your boutique is understaffed, please increase your manpower and improve. Don't make customer comes many times for fitting, and need to wait for 4hours++ doing nothing.
One time try, cannot fit, and need to wait another hours to readjust the size. The charges also not clear. If late returned, more than 3days need to pay RM50/day. They only mentioned this when we asked, please clear indication inside your rental agreement. Same like what kind of accessories included in the rental package. Also not clear and need us to pay more because of the add on.
The cleanliness also need to improve at the 2nd floor. There a lots of things they can improve, especially on their system if they willing to study on what can be done to have smoother operations even they are understaffed. Booking done manually using book? Then not surprised if have double booking for same bridal dress on the same date.
Not recommended. Unless you are okay with this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Said can walk on for viewing rental but no one attended. Have various choices but pointless when it’s scattered and unorganised. Some clothes are dirty. Very different than other rental bridal boutiques I’ve been.
