★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facial technique, ambience and especially the welcoming drink are all excellent. The reason why I only gave 2 stars is because the chinese lady (I didn't get her name) who serviced me, is quite rude and gives off a very negative vibe. I think being in the service line, it is utmost important to keep the "bad day" or "bad mood" to yourself. The first 45 minutes was really rude- until I couldn't really take it in anymore (which shows on my face) and then the tone started to change because I think she realised I wasn't happy with that kind of service. No joke, the most rude beautician I have come across in my entire life.
I can't speak for all beautician , I am speaking about the lady who did mine. The other lady who serviced my boyfriend(a lady who wears glasses) on the other hand is friendly, gentle and kind. So not all apples are rotten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfy beauty salon. Nice music, good aroma therapy. Price is also reasonable. Never ask me to sign package, and not pushy at all in selling skin care product which makes me much more comfortable to repeat my visit.

Angel was very delicate and thorough in helping me clear the gunk out of my face and I am so happy with the service!!! I love how they didn’t force us to buy the products as well and instead explained how the product would help us and told us we could try it next time. Definitely will book another appointment here again next time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed customer. Had a facial yesterday. Asked the beautician what does she recommend. She Recommended brightening facial and quoted package cost 178. Good service, relaxing. But, At the end, I asked brochure to view other treatment options. She gave me one and quickly stated the prices always change. Notice the price on brochure was 125. Went on their website and noted the price is 108. Be careful, looks like everyone is out to cheat you. Very disappointed customer.
