★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there with my wife and father and mother in law who are 70 years old.
We parked and asked my wife to collect the wheelchair from information counter. The staff (security officer) didnot pay attention and refused talk to her stating they are busy. Afterwards, Ibtalked to him myself and he said he didnot know about the wheelchair and called his floormanager. They brough broken down wheelchair with tearing seat that cannot be sit on. When I asked about inability and poor customer service, they poorly and start provoking to gobinto physical fight.
Later on, called managment office several times, noone picked up the call.
Hope the managment see the comment and improve on the poor service and poor training staff communication skills. They behave like gangsters, not like employees to serve customers
