β β β β β People are start occupying this place but the parking system here is still bad. People are rather walk a mile to office by parking outside the building. Great place tho.

β β β β β Parking here is mad... pls bring exact change... and if you are parking for 4 hours it will be RM 24.00.. 8 hours will be RM 48.00 and be ready to walk different blocks to make payment ... and they dont return your balance... so be prepared

β β β β β Worst parking system ever. Only 1 parking entrance into the car park for all 9 office towers. Daily morning congestion just trying to get into season parking.

β β β β β Just experiencing a terrible parking rate for open parking which is RM 36 at 1st then the Machine was not accepted Rm50 notes and i walked to 7E for exchanges and suddenly the charge turns to 40.It is good to be true that parking at the Opposite (Subang Jaya LRT) is only RM6/Day.

β β β β β Many well maintained office towers with a connected train station. Limited choices for food and restaurants, will need to drive or take the train out as there are no nearby restaurants.

β β β β β UOA business park is a new building and still not many tenant and visitor.
I went to tower 3 but the parking is being share by all the tower building. The parking on the ground level and outsude the tower are full. The parking at the lower ground are not well litted. I had to find a place that is better litted as its quite scary.
Even though most of the exit/ door has a label on what is the tower or block it can serve, i am unable to find tower 3. I decided to go up to ground and find my direction from there.
There is a foodcourt with one food stall in operations. Not much choice on the dishes. However, the view from the cafe is nice.

β β β β β Those who got job offer located here need to think wisely before accepting the offer. The parking is very expensive here. normal 8.30-5.30 working hour cost rm36 per day. If you want to park outside, high chance for summon. Then there is only 1 entrance and 1 exit for 10 tower. The traffic are so fricking hectic. Expect bad traffic arriving and exiting the building exc the normal federal highway traffic jam. No surau and the toilet are not wuduk friendly obviously.

β β β β β Things have not changed since I made the review below. Now it became worse when more businesses are opening. So status below stays.
Parking is a nightmare. Infact it happen to UOA Bansar too and most of other UOA building. It is poor in design, the sign of direction & flow is not clear & poorly managed, very limited parking space due many lots are reserved for the elites; and parking charges is expensive. There is also not enough restaurants to feed the mouths during lunch hour. You need to be the early birds to get the worm for parking and getting a place for lunch.
