β β β β β If I could give them zero star I will give them zero. Very poor customer service, make payment already and tell me no stock and this happens a few time, not once. The owner promise to keep the parcel. After payment has made, tell me they got no capacity to keep my parcel and have to mail out the parcel without asking permission (by the time inform me already mail out) . The worst part is they never check all the order and left out one item and at the end ask customer to make extra shipping payments to mail out the item that they left out. The owner never check properly, they make the mistake and want the customer to bear the cost, this is totally unfair to the customer! The attitude they handle the issues is very unprofessional as like they have alot of customer and never care about losing one of you! I will never come back again and would not recommend anyone to buy from them given to their poor service!

β β β β β I've purchased quite a number of clothing from AC since last year 2021 and so far this is how I personally feel about their webstore:
1. They carry a variety of brands, which are mainly China sourced brands (reasonably priced, quality ranging from meh whatever it's okay to somewhat on par with Zara) and their own in house brand. Denim RO shorts are my favourite by far, great quality and stitching, flatters my curves.
2. If you posses curves, stay away from items branded as "Pandora". I'm only 36-28-39 but the clothings are still tight even in L sizing. I've checked the label on each clothing that is Pandora and it's basically random China brands that you could easily find on shopee. AC's prices are slightly more expensive mind you.
3. Their live sales are addictive, make sure to guard your bank accounts ? and I mean this in the most playful way ~ Now to the cons of the live.. It's definitely catered towards a very specific demographic of buyers as it's conducted in Mandarin. Not that there's anything inherently wrong with that, my point is that it might be hard for those who do not understand the language to follow the sales.

Just not very happy that I've spent quite a sum of money on "Pandora" clothing.. literally doesn't suite curvy body types and the quality is so ???

β β β β β Has been AC customer for the past 3 years and will continue to support. Loves AC clothing, accessories (including bags, water bottles, etc). Delivery has improved and only takes within a week upon receipt of payment to SG. Has also learnt from AC anchors how to dress with style/elegence. Keep it up!
