★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have returned my order to zalora for size exchange. But I got back the wrong size again. On the package written size 26 but the jeggings is size 36. Really very disappointing. No phone number to contact...really poor service. The number stated also fake. Wasting people's time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly disappointed. Status shown 5 items were delivered but my mum didn’t receive anything. No call; no sms; no WhatsApp notification on delivery. Proof of delivery was a black page. Poor service. Their service level has dropped tremendously. It used to be my favourite online shop but now no more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zalora is one of my favourite website for online shopping but i had to give 2 stars because of a few issues that can’t be solved (idk why). already contact zalora thru the email. but still to this day i didn’t receive my items! already passed the eta given. also zalora didn’t give me proper explanation about what’s wrong with my items

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor courier service. Poor customer service. Shame on you. I do not receive my parcel, and the status said it’s been delivered.But I didn’t receive anything nor a phone call. Have called the cs right away,they said would update on this. No one update anything not even a call.:(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is Zalora Express? Never call to deliver but keep informing failed attempt. How is it fail if never attempted? Once complain, then only you want to deliver at 10.30 pm? on top of that already request for return refund at 4.30 pm. what a lousy service. once was one of my go to platform but now not anymore.
