β β β β β All is good.. just now asking the security regading the temperature for fever due to MCO (covid 19).. and he said T: 37.6Β°C for fever. But the exactly for fever temp was T: 37.5Β°C and above.. boss said 37.6 is fever temp.. omg..please aducate your staffs about "pengetahuan Am".. i told the exactly reading , he seem like "belagak".. still with his "pendirian"..he's not malaysian ok..only the Bangladesh (BWN)...please listen what people said

β β β β β Bad service. The cashier just answered me that not a amway member you cannot purchase any of the products. With her expression and attitude. I wouldn't even wanna join the member for the sake of the price. Definitely not coming back here!

β β β β β Nice place and the products are well arranged but I would like to complain one thing, one of your staff having difficulty to smile. Her name Puvilaashini stated on the bill. My mom and I really hated her stare . The way she looked at like you know high standard people look one kind towards low standard people , you get what I mean. After the payment I made products worth of RM900 plus, my mom asked the cashier is there any free gift or promotion, the casher told ' only bill you can get' and then she continued to talk to other cashier. Waa so rude and arrogant. Previously I brought Amway product worth RM600 plus , the Malay cashier adviced me to top up one more product so that I can get free fight cooking pan , because of that my mom asked the Indian cashier I didn't expect such a word used by the cashier so blady rude. Advice you staffs to treat every customer equally and don't judge a book by its cover. Tell your staff be humble and be happy

β β β β β I thought I was the only one, but seems like there are many others have experienced the same thing. This place is the nearest place to my home, but because of one of the worker name Puvilaashini, I wouldn't come back here. I would rather go to HQ instead. The first time I went, she attended to me at the cashier. Yes, no customer service etiquette at all. No smile, no welcoming customers, no thank you. Whenever she talked, as if she wanted to pick a fight with us as if she's having a bad day. Fine. The second time I went, I tried to avoid her attending to me by even loitering around for a while to make sure the other counter gets to attend to me. But no, the same staff attended to me, with the same attitude. When I say out my ABO number, before even I finish saying it, she rudely say 'Nombor siapa ni? You punya ke orang punya?' Wow. To my shock. I was stunned for a few seconds before handing over my IC. Even while attending to my stuffs, she can just make a phone call to a customer, most likely to confirm that the customer can come and collect the cooker (I think it's the cooker because I saw something written as Noxxa). So unprofessional. Why can't she finish attending to me then make the call even when at that time she's just waiting for my receipt to be printed. So many people complained here but not sure if the higher level really do something about it because I have just recently made my 2nd visit in early July. Still the same attitude. Seems like she hate the job so much. But for someone who works closely with customer in the front line, this is not how it should be. Especially if you're working for a renowned brand. Customer service = Reputation.

β β β β β Product always run out/not so many choices..price tag can't be seen due to messy products arrangements..not having salesman/girl that can be ask..the indian(girl) cashier not friendly at all & rude.. security ask to wear double face mask, that's okay about that, but weirdly cannot wear different mask type/shape..just what's wrong with this shop.... really like at PJ though..pj sales/cashier much friendly & knowledgeable.
