โ โ โ โ โ This shop staff is sooooo rude and can't even communicate in English. They even try to cheat me on the pork meat I required (so much fats instead of meat). I wonder how many customer they have cheated on the kind of meat customer required.

โ โ โ โ โ The pork sold here is supposed to be healthier, either antibiotic free or minimum antibiotic. With most of the meat producers are heavily dependent on antibiotics to increase profits, tainted animal feeds to avoid sicknesses and enhance growth, this shop provides healthier alternative to our protein intakes. The processing, transport, refrigeration and packaging of products sold are also be at a higher standard.

โ โ โ โ โ Long, arrogant unfriendly faces all round. Asked for BBQ ribs even showed how I wanted it cut, but he got it wrong, no apology. All I got was a blank stare. Blank stare and a walk off from the cashier too who immediately tapped my credit card without asking if I wanted to input a pin, which I did. 2 little incidents that stood out amongst a host of other unpleasant experiences all within the space of half an hour in the shop. Premium prices, supposedly premium products but super inferior service. No star if I could.

โ โ โ โ โ Generally all staff is unfriendly and rude. The butcher don't even know which part of meat to cut when told. Other shop with the same brand is more experience and friendly. Special notes on the network connection, line is poor so if you wish to practice cashless then it might be a problems here.
