Early June asked if product is available, they said yes. Paid, then only mentioned products are not available. Ask for refund, but no tracking for refund provided, said it takes 7 days, still no tracking whatsoever. Suddenly in the app it said the products have been delivered on 8th June, but not a single item received, and no refund. Continue follow up till 13th June, No customer service responding, tried to call, answering machine only. Lost RM 238.66 with this scam website / app. Don't ever try this one.
