★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good customer service. awesome product but too expensive . Suggest to do more training / need more expertise in facial especially in removing white heads and blackheads which is very painful. They provide a skin analysis which is good for us to know our skin type and condition before start treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 14 November 2020, I had visited Ananaz Medispa (Seksyen 9, Bandar Baru Bangi) for waxing and 4 in 1 Spa treatments. I have been attended by spa beautician, Cik Nurul Izzah Aqilah.
Treatments began with waxing and followed by 4 in 1 spa (body scrub, body mask, hydrotherapy bath and body massage).
I had a good experience with Ananaz Medispa. Izzah was really put an effort attended me and made me comfortable while enjoying all treatments. I feel relief, relax and fresh at the end of the sessions, which approximately took us about four and half hour.
I would recommend all ladies out there to visit Ananaz Medispa and experience the treatments including a good spa ambience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since it is now cmco i decided to do their skin tag treatment for 3 sessions in total. The 1st session was 2 weeks ago, greeted by one of their beautician Dinie. She is very friendly and have a good customer service skills with pleasant attitude. The spa is newly refurbished thus it is relaxing and cosy there. Highly recomended for anyone to try their service. Feeling warm and welcome..

I really cant wait to see the results (3 more sessions to go!) and i'm hoping everything is worth every penny spent there. Hehe. Bought their makeup remover, cleansing gel, toner & alhamdulillah free eo renewing cream ? thank you so much Ananaz! Recommended for anyone who wanted to try their service, 10/10 from me! The right place and person to refer to about skin advice ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the ambience and coziness in treatment room. It was my first time there and i went for rejuvenating facial treatment. It was so relaxing and they give u a little back massage at the end. Highly recommended for your monthly facial treatment. Will come back for hair treatment some other time.. oh maybe for improvement, you can lit up some scented candle or diffuser and also some jazz relaxing music? Thank youu!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time visiting the spa. I'm super satisfied with the customer service and the professionalism of the staff, especially Dini. I did a 1-hour foot massage here and my leg cramps has definitely eased down. Definitely would visit again for a full body massage :) 10/10 highly recommended!
