★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salam. We went for hair rebonding and keratin treatment a few days ago. Very happy with everything. Spacious place. Friendly staff. They comply with current SOP, wear facemask all the time and they use disposable plastic covering. And most importantly our hair turned out more fabulous than expected! ?. Thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hai...first time dtg gunting rambut kt cni. Overall they give good service, the hair dresser leya very friendly. Other staf also very friendly. Got interviewed by the owner herself. Very friendly and nice lady. Puas hati.
The very reason why i decide to gunting rambut here bcos the review is good, and as I read whenever ade bad review they will definitely ask why, so i can they really concerns of their customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to two El-Rahah's premises, Skudai and Bangi. My main concern is how they charge customers. On one of my visits to Skudai branch, before doing a rebonding process, I asked the hairdresser how much will it cost for my hair after going through the price list. After assessing my hair, she said she will have to wait until she has finished the process. As expected, she charged more because my hair was 'long and thick', something she would have known when she assessed my hair for the first time. That was my last time visiting. Recently, I visited Bangi branch after seeing a list of services and their discounted charges. I asked her to assess my hair and she mentioned an amount beyond the discounted charges. When I asked why it was different from the website, she said the discounts is for members only and it is consciously not mentioned in the website. Disagree with how El Rahah does business, I put on my headscarf and left. No more El Rahah for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hair saloon is for women only. You are adviced to make an appointment first because it was lots of customers when i came in. Their service is good and staff are friendly. Very satisfied with their works and skills. Closed on Monday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely do my hair, but this saloon is the best muslimah I have been to so far. Its a bit pricey, but for a once in a while splurge its ok. The price is around the same as other saloons for the same services. My stylist is Zu. I had her a few times. And she is very talented, kind and gentle. I have gone to other saloons. But so far this has the friendliest and most profesional staff. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have mix comment on the salon. On they friendliness, hair wash, advice on hair care, they are pretty good. But since I had visited salon every a few year for rebonding, I'm not quite satisfied with the result. My hair look freeze, dry and messy. They do inform me that the hair will not look nice after wash, but never expected it look this bad compare from my previous rebonding. Their rebonding technique also different, but that's not my expertise to comment. So for any other service, they might be good, but just don't do hair rebonding here. The hair cut was also not satisfying, as the hair become shorter than I want, and not the style I want. I do want to complain on that, but afraid the stylist will cut even shorter to fix the style, so I let it be. Again, I'm seeing hair cut technique is different from other salon.
