★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please dont buy any property under developer casa andaman, poor management, poor quality, and not servicing at all after selling, arc Apartments blok b total have 5 lift but only 1 is working, out of 4 are out of order, and it been lonh time under repair buy didnt work, developer doesnt care and this apartment is new and still under warranty, unfortunately lift breakdown so often..
