★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foreign security guard (probably Bangladeshi or Nepalese) doesn't understand Malay or English. Makes it difficult to deal for visitors parking. Parking lot banyak kosong, tapi guard bagitau dah penuh. Nampak sangat malas and tak geti buat keje. Kalau pandai susun and allocate the parking lot, maybe it would be a pleasant place to stay. tapi jenuh la asik kena gaduh dengan guard je bab parking. leceh bila lot kita tiba2 ada org lain amik. pastu terpaksa bagi macam2 alasan kalau ada tetamu nak datang sebab susah sangat nak parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be cautious if you decide to choose a condo or an apartment. Ensure that you won't deceived by mock up unit. It may looks bigger than actual unit.
Home owners usually committed on their impressive designs and space. But the ugly side is when upon collection of keys...truly regret. Its shrunk!!!
Tips : bring along a measurement tape and take measure on show unit any areas. Then check the perspective drawing layout plan of the size.
Hence you won't stop complaining b'cos nobody does it this way.
Home is unlike Car, you can't dispose it as you like. Min 5 years of nightmare if you make a wrong choice.
